- Membership Packages are not refundable transferable or exchangeable for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or discounted or combo treatments.
- Loyalty Points are not transferable or redeemable for cash and valid for 3 years from award date.
- A redemption award is valid for use up to 6 months after the date of redemption.
- Accumulated spending and loyalty points you earned in Sense of Touch franchise, cannot be transferred to other Sense of Touch branches.
- Trendy Diva – Discounts cannot be used on Saturdays and Public Holidays. Fabulous Diva and above – Valid any time, any day.
- Sense of Touch retains all rights of final decision in the event of any dispute and reserves the rights to change the price of treatments and products at any time and without prior notice.
