The Spa Diva Loyalty Programme

Membership to the Sense of Touch Spa Diva Loyalty Programme is FREE. Anyone can become a Diva by registering on-line or completing an application form at the reception. If you would like a Spa Diva Card, you will need to request one from reception and we shall have it ready for you to collect within 5 days.

 

Benefits of Membership

You now have your own unique client number which is printed on your card. Whenever you buy treatments, packages or products at Sense of Touch, be sure give your Diva Card to the receptionist and you will earn Spa Points and Loyalty Points with every dollar spent!

Spa Points are required to reach the VIP tier levels of the Spa Diva Programme. There are three different VIP Loyalty Levels - Fabulous Diva, Golden Diva and Platinum Diva, each with their own fabulous benefits!

For every HK Dollar spent you receive 1 Spa Point. Accumulative enough Spa Points over a 12 month period to reach the VIP levels.

VIP Loyalty Levels: Fabulous Diva, Golden Diva and Platinum Diva

  • To become a Fabulous Diva you need to accumulate 10,000 Spa Points in a 12 month period. You will then enjoy the following discounts:

Nails & Waxing 10%; Facial, Massage & Body 15%

  • To become a Golden Diva you need to accumulate 20,000 Spa Points in a 12 month period. You will then enjoy the following discounts:

Nails & Waxing 15%; Facial, Massage & Body 20%, Products 5%

  • To become a Platinum Diva you need to accumulate 30,000 Spa Points in a 12 month period. You will then enjoy the following discounts:

Nails & Waxing 20%; Facial, Massage & Body 25%, Products 10%

Loyalty Levels are valid until the end of the quarter one year after achieving the loyalty level (eg achieve Platinum Diva on 2 nd February 2008, valid until 31 st March 2009).

Loyalty Points are also earned at a rate of 1 Loyalty Point per HK Dollar of spending on treatments, packages and products, and can be used to redeem against treatments and product awards from Sense of Touch and award offers from our partners!

The number of Loyalty Points required for a given award redemption will be detailed on your Sense of Touch homepage after you have logged in. You can make redemptions on-line, booking requests for treatments and also monitor your Loyalty Level and Loyalty Points on-line. Loyalty Points are valid until the end of the quarter three years after credit (eg a $750 purchase on 2 nd February 2008 can be redeemed any time up to 31 st March 2011). Terms and Conditions:

  • The Loyalty Programme is managed at the sole discretion of Sense of Touch.
  • Spa Points and Loyalty Points are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
  • A redemption award is valid for use for up to 6 months after the date of redemption.
  • Membership discount offers cannot be used in conjunction with other special offers, promotions, discounted or combo treatments.
  • Valid only from Sundays to Fridays. Not applicable on Saturdays or Public Holidays.
  • Loyalty Points are valid for 3 years from award date.
  • Sense of Touch Management reserves the right to final decision in the event of any dispute.
