Kuush has been in research for the past eight years and in trials for three. The research has been conducted by the meticulous Kuush team along with Medical Doctors, Chemists, Aroma Therapists, Marketers and Consumers.

Kuush have been members of Organic Consumers Association of USA since early 2004 and were the only Australian company to endorse the "Coming Clean Campaign” which took a company before the NOP (National Organic Program) to call for stringent laws and not allow this particular company to use front labels making fraudulent organic claims. The Organic Consumers Association won the case in August 2005.

Please Note: Kuush does not use any "loopholes" that are allowed in the labeling of body care products such as 'anything under 2% does not have to be disclosed on the label'. This is how many manufacturers can hide preservatives and other suspected health abusing ingredients and yet still call the products 'natural' or claim it does not have preservatives. The Kuush Team find this not only unethical but extremely negligent. According to 'the laws of labeling' they are not doing anything wrong, however from an ethical point it is totally wrong.
