Parking is provided at some of our locations including Repulse Bay, Cyberport and Tseung Kwan O. Our spa concierge can give you more details and confirm if the branch that you selected has the parking.

Children of ages 5 years and above are welcome and we also offer “Kid’s Spa Packages and Parties” so the little princes and princesses can also enjoy spa treatments. To ensure our clients enjoy a true spa experience with a relaxing ambiance, children below 5 years of age are not recommended.

Upon arrival, you will be asked to complete our brief health history consultation form prior to your treatment to assist the therapists in providing maximum safety and comfort during your visit. We encourage you to disclose any pertinent health conditions (high blood pressure, allergies, physical ailments, disabilities, pregnancy, injuries, etc.) that may affect your spa experience as certain treatments may not be advisable for you. It is also recommended to inform the spa concierge at booking stage of any medical conditions. In the event you choose to withhold relevant medical information, please note that Sense of Touch cannot be held responsible for any injury incurred.

Arriving late may limit the time for your treatment as there will not be time to extend into the next time slot if your therapist has another booking. In such situations the full value of your treatment will be charged. If you are running late for your appointment, please call us as soon as you know that you will be delayed and we will make every effort to accommodate you.

We understand that the traffic in Hong Kong can play havoc with our schedules however please understand that we need to respect each client’s scheduled start time and ensure that both you and the next client enjoys a true spa experience worthy of our brand and without delay. We understand that appointments will need to be changed or cancelled from time to time. In order to facilitate you and other clients, please call a minimum of 24-hours prior to your appointment if you would like to cancel or amend an appointment.

Advance reservations 2-3 days in advance are recommended to avoid disappointment, especially for Fridays and Saturdays, and in some locations Sunday as these tend to be our busiest days. Same-day or walk-in clients are welcome, and as always we will make every effort to accommodate your needs.

All Sense of Touch locations have treatment rooms with shower facility however not every room has a shower facility. Please notify our spa concierge if you would like to shower before and after your treatment and we will make every effort to accommodate your needs. If your appointment specifically includes a shower as part of your treatment (such as a body scrub) shower is available for your use in your treatment room during your booked appointment time.

Each of our spa locations has a deluxe couple’s treatment room designed for the couples to experience their spa journey together. A couple may request the same or different treatments, as they prefer. We have also designed award winning romantic signature spa treatments exclusively for couples and recommend these if you’re not sure what to choose. We provide everything you need for an amazing spa experience. Just bring your desire for great personal care and the anticipation of deep relaxation. It is not necessary to bring special clothing; we will provide a robe and disposable underwear for use while you are being pampered. We suggest that you not bring any unnecessary valuables to the spa, as we cannot be responsible should they be lost or damaged. If you have booked using a voucher please ensure that you bring this along with you on the day. If you have booked pedicure treatment, please bring along a pair of flip flops or sandals.

We recommend eating and drinking in moderation and avoiding alcoholic beverages prior to your spa service. Shaving is not recommended prior to any body treatments or hair removal services. Severe sunburn may prevent you from enjoying a spa treatment, please use sun protection.

Yes. A prenatal massage can be beneficial to both your physical and psychological well being. Our “Nurturing Mother-to-Be Experience” is specially designed for pregnant women. You may choose a 60 or 90 minutes treatment performed by our trained prenatal massage therapists. FOR YOUR SAFETY, we do not recommend getting a massage if you have been pregnant less than 16 weeks. Please consult with your therapists at your preferred location to determine if a massage is suitable for you.

Just like the skin cells on your face, the cells on your body regularly shed to reveal new, healthier skin underneath. That turnover process slows as we get older. To give it a “nudge”, try a body scrub. As the scrub is massaged over your body, the exfoliating granules help to slough off dead skin, and the rubbing action itself boosts circulation and helps drain the lymph nodes by increasing blood flow to the skin’s surface. After a body scrub your post-wash moisturizer will be better able to soothe and hydrate your skin.

Deep-tissue massage uses techniques that go deeper into the muscle tissue with the therapist working against the grain of the muscle. Yes but you will notice a “line of demarcation” as your natural nail grows away from the cuticle. We recommend adhering to a 14 day re-application appointment, as the adhesion will increase if worn past this point, making the removal process a little lengthier.

Hair regrowth varies between clients. You may notice a small amount of regrowth after a week or so. It can take up to 4-6 treatments for your hair to get on a growth cycle that gives best long lasting results. To maintain your smooth appearance, we recommend regular waxing every 4-5 weeks.

Waxing during pregnancy is very common. At Sense of Touch all our therapists are trained to ensure that all parts of the body are waxed comfortably and safely. The Brazilian or Hollywood wax is a very popular treatment one week before your due date.

Sense of Touch uses a blue wax exclusive to Hong Kong with a special polymer which shrink wraps the hair and reduces the pain level. The technique of our experienced therapists also helps make the process as pain-free as possible! Please remember however that every person experiences waxing differently. With regular waxing most clients can expect the hair to become thinner, lighter and sparser thus gradually becoming an easier process.

Keep the waxed area clean, and avoid heat and friction during the first 24 hours after the treatment.

This means for 24 hours:

- No hot baths, showers, saunas, hot tubs or steam treatments.

- No tanning (sunbathing, sunbeds or fake tans).

- No sport, gym work or other strenuous exercise.

- Avoid scratching or touching the treated area with unwashed hands.

- Avoid swimming in chlorinated pools.

- Do not apply deodorants, body sprays, powders, lotions or other products to the area, other than those recommended by your therapist for 24 hours.

Some slight soreness, small bumps and redness are common and perfectly normal temporary reactions. These symptoms should subside over 24-48 hours. If you experience persistent redness or irritation, or if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

A group of 4 people or above is considered as a Sparty. Our Repulse Bay Spa has a beautiful 1,300 sq ft private garden which we call the ‘Ceylon Lounge’, the Ceylon Lounge is perfect for Sparties of up to 20 people. For groups of 10 and up we will give exclusive use of the Ceylon Lounge and our now famous pedicure area which looks onto the Ceylon Lounge.

Our Tseung Kwan O Spa has a beautiful tropical garden which is ideal for Sparties of up to 12 people. Our Central and Sai Kung spa has a private areas which are designed for Sparties of up to 8 people.

At Sense of Touch we have tailor-made all-inclusive party packages for all age groups. For as few as 4 people or as many as 15, our dedicated staff will make sure that it’s more than just a date… it’s a party!

Little Ladies spa party packages start from $388 to $588 per person and $688 to $1,288 for Ladies Spa Party.

All packages include a choice of spa treatments, light refreshment, and snacks as well as a candy corner for Little Ladies. Decorations and photo prop kits, with themes from baby showers and birthdays to bridal showers, are provided to create more fun and memories.

We require a 10% gratuity be added to the final bill, 100% of which is paid to the therapists. A 50% deposit is payable in advance to secure your group booking and block spa and therapists time. The deposit is 100% refundable if notice is given at least seven days before the spa party, after which the deposit is not refundable.

Sparty is the great way for you to chill and relax with friends. During your Sparty booking, you are entitled to the exclusive use of private rooftop (Central), backyard (Sai Kung), or garden (Repulse Bay and Tseung Kwan O).

You are welcome to decorate the outdoor area and bring your own catering. We can also assist in arranging catering from a number of top restaurants that we partner with and we will add a 10% handling charge to the list price charged by the caterers. We’ll even throw in a bottle of wine for every 6 people in your group! Advanced request for catering is required.

You can improve your experience by informing your therapist of any relevant information such as localized strains or aches, preferences etc. Please inform your therapist how you would like to feel after the treatment so that she can do her best to focus on the required areas.

Our spa therapists are dedicated to exceeding your expectations and creating a memorable spa experience. Gratuities for those efforts are greatly appreciated. Feel free to give your therapist a gratuity if they have enhanced your spa experience.

A 15 to 20 percent as tip is customary but not mandatory. Our reception desk have gratuity boxes and any tips are passed in full to the therapist. If you received service from more than one therapist, common practice is a separate tip for each one.

Your appointment time has been set aside especially for you. Please try to arrive 10 minutes before you appointment. If you arrive late we will do our best you accommodate your treatment in full, however if your therapist has a follow on booking your experience may need to be adjusted to fit the available time in consideration of the next client.

We will ask you to complete a confidential questionnaire that assists your therapist in ensuring that any services you receive will not negatively or dangerously impact any existing health condition, medication or other circumstances, known only to you. These questionnaires are confidential and for your specific benefit, so please complete candidly and honestly.

At Sense of Touch we do not hard sell products or packages and prefer to focus on delivering the best treatment possible. Please bear in mind however that any professional therapist will make home care product recommendations after a treatment where appropriate. This is for the clients own benefit; it is far more cost and time effective for clients to use home care products and continue benefiting from the product used during the treatment than to return to the spa every day! While we instruct our therapists not to push products on our clients, please note that any recommendations for additional services or home care are intended to help you maintain or improve upon the treatment results until your next appointment.

Technical treatments include Cellu M6 Face Firming and Body Slimming, eLase Skin Treatment, eLase Laser Hair Removal, HydraFacial Hydradermabrasion, VaserShape Body Slimming, Oxygen Infusion Skin Treatment, K-Lift Age Management System, Biotec Light Therapy Rebalance and Ultrasonic Peel. Please check with our spa concierges when making your appointment to avoid any misunderstanding when redeeming your voucher.

Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months after issue date and can be used at every Sense of Touch spa. Gift vouchers are not valid for use with other promotions. Please note that for treatment gift vouchers, since treatment prices may vary between locations an additional charge may be incurred upon redemption if the price at location of redemption is higher than at location of purchase. Our spa concierge can clarify this for you in advance of your booking. For cash gift vouchers there is no such issue as the treatment value at the location is charged.

You can purchase a gift voucher from our website as well as any of our Sense of Touch locations. To purchase an online voucher, please register on our WEBSITE with the following procedure.

1. Click “Buying a gift voucher”.

2. Choose the type of online voucher – cash voucher or treatment voucher.

3. Select and type in the voucher details, eg. Amount or type of treatment and the recipient’s email address and how would you like to gift the voucher.

4. Click “Pay by Paypal” button, then you will enter Paypal login page. If you have a paypal account, please use your paypal account to login in Instead of logging in using the SOT account. If you don’t have a paypal account, you can register in this page. For new paypal user, paypal may ask you to configure your payment details there (i.e. credit card details).

5. After successfully logging in to the paypal account, please click “continue” button in paypal page. It will come back to SOT online voucher confirmation page.

6. If the payment is completed successfully, an email will be sent to you and the voucher in a pdf format file attachment will be sent to your friend(recipient) directly or it will be sending to you if you choose to email to you directly.

All gift vouchers have a 6 month validity from the date of purchase. Please ensure you book and attend in advance of your expiry date. In most circumstances we will offer a one month extension on gift vouchers validity subject to availability to help accommodate your booking, however we don’t recommend depending on this in case we are not able to accommodate your preferred time. Please note that there is no obligation on our part to accept a gift voucher after it’s expiration date however we will do our best.

If your voucher is more than one month expired, on a case by case basis we can consider extending the voucher upon an additional purchase value which will vary depending on the voucher value. Generally this is based on a minimum fee of HKD 250 or 20% of voucher value, whichever is the highest. We will issue a new voucher with 3 months validity and cancel the original one. Please note that this is decided by management on a case by case basis.

A cash voucher can be purchased for any amount from HKD 250 upwards or a treatment voucher may be purchased from any treatment listed on our menu at list price. We have beautifully printed gift certificates for purchase at every Sense of Touch spa or you may purchase gift vouchers online and select to have the voucher sent directly by email to the lucky recipient.

Every gift voucher has a unique code which is generated by our system. If your voucher is lost or stolen please contact us immediately so we can block the voucher before it is redeemed. After the voucher has been redeemed it will be too late for us to do anything. In order to locate your voucher without it’s unique code we will need as much information as possible; date and method of purchase, value and name/email/mobile number of purchaser.

Please notify us as soon as possible if you have lost or misplaced your gift vouchers by either calling your preferred LOCATION or EMAIL our customer support center.

Sense of Touch offers two types of gift voucher; cash and treatment. A cash voucher is for an pre-determined amount which you decide and can be used to redeem any treatment. A treatment voucher is for a selected treatment.

At Sense of Touch we try to make private venue hire as simple as possible; pay one price and then do whichever treatments you want during the hire period up to a pre-determined value. This gives you maximum flexibility to enjoy your time with your colleagues without having to worry about coordinating a complicated series of treatment bookings or being limited to package deals which are often forced on large party bookings. Our professional staff will help you tailor your treatment bookings so that everyone is happy!
